These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ladya website at ladya.in and any associated services (“Service”) operated by Quantana (“Ladya”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Beta and Early Access

Ladya is currently in pre-launch / beta stage. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be:

• •Subject to interruption, downtime, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
• •Changed in features, pricing, or scope before or after general availability.
• •Withdrawn or not launched at all, entirely at our discretion.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, any particular feature set, or any specific pricing tier. We make no commitment regarding launch timelines.

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Any information, insights, or recommendations provided by Ladya are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advertising, financial, or legal advice.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via the waitlist or any other form.
• •Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to submit multiple waitlist entries or abuse the Service.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• •Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to other users or to Ladya employees.
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist or block access to the Service for violations of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, algorithms, and materials on this site — including the Ladya name, logo, and AI models — are the exclusive intellectual property of Quantana and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use Ladya’s intellectual property without prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ladya and Quantana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify waitlist members of material changes via email where reasonably practicable.
