Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 March 2026  ·  Last updated: 17 March 2026

Ladya (“Ladya”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI-powered ad intelligence agent built for Q-commerce sellers in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit ladya.in and sign up for our waitlist. We are committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our waitlist:

  • Email address — provided voluntarily when you submit the waitlist form.
  • UTM parameters — marketing attribution tags (e.g., utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) automatically captured from the URL at the time of sign-up to help us understand how visitors discover Ladya.
  • Timestamp & referrer — the date/time of sign-up and the HTTP referrer header, recorded automatically by our server.

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any sensitive personal data as defined under the DPDP Act.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • To register your interest in Ladya and notify you when early access becomes available.
  • To understand which marketing channels and campaigns are driving awareness (using UTM data).
  • To send occasional product updates, launch announcements, or relevant information about Ladya. You may opt out at any time.

The legal basis for processing under the DPDP Act is your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent given at the time you submit the waitlist form.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in a Neon Postgres database (a serverless PostgreSQL service). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS. Access to the database is restricted to authorised team members only and protected by credential-based authentication.

We retain your data for as long as Ladya is in operation or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for their marketing or commercial purposes. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers.

We may disclose your data only if required to do so by law, court order, or a competent government authority under applicable Indian law.

5. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal under India’s DPDP Act, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
  • Right to erasure (deletion) — request that we delete your personal data from our systems. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
  • Right to withdraw consent — withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
  • Right to grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Data Protection Officer (see contact below) and with the Data Protection Board of India once operationalised.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@quantana.top. Please include “Data Request” in the subject line.

6. Cookies

This site does not use any tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. The only data captured is what you explicitly provide via the waitlist form, along with URL parameters present at submission time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered waitlist members via email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
